A Resuscitation Architecture Firm

Come Work For Us
At The Resuscitation Tailor, work matters because it directly impacts patient survival and provider performance. We exist to solve real problems for resuscitationists, not to chase trends or volume. Every product, process, and decision is anchored in the belief that design improves outcomes and that the standard is never negotiable.
You will work alongside clinicians, builders, and thinkers who care deeply about getting it right. Ideas are expected. Curiosity is encouraged. Ownership is required. If you see friction, you are empowered to fix it. If something can be better, you are trusted to make it so.
We are relationship first in everything we do. That means we invest in our people, we serve our customers with integrity, and we lead with humility and purpose. This is a place for those who want their work to mean something, who stay calm under pressure, and who are willing to challenge how EMS has always been done.
If you are driven by mission, grounded in service, and motivated to build tools that truly save lives, you will find a home here.
