Warranty Policy

At The Resuscitation Tailor, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every detail is designed with purpose—because better gear leads to better outcomes. We offer 3 main products each one with their own regulatory requirements.

Decent Simulator - Limited Warranty

6 Month Unconditional Warranty:

For the initial 6 months from the date of purchase, we offer an 'Unconditional Warranty' in addition to our standard limited warranty. This unique warranty covers accidental damage, and we commit to repairing or replacing parts affected by such damage. During this period, customers are only responsible for one-way shipping fees if a repair is needed. If a new part is required without returning the damaged part, customers cover the shipping from us to them.

Following the initial 6 months, our standard limited warranty comes into effect, providing coverage for a total of 2 years from the date of product purchase. This warranty ensures that the product will be free from manufacturing defects throughout the specified period.

Bag - 3 Year Limited Warranty

We offer a three-year limited warranty on all standard products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty begins upon shipping of the product.

What’s Covered

• Stitching or zipper failures due to normal use
• Damage resulting from standard field conditions

What’s Not Covered

• Drags of any kind
• Damage from use with disinfectants
• Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper care
• Unauthorized alterations or repairs
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Our Promise:

If a product fails due to a covered defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If the exact product is no longer available, we will provide a comparable item.

Custom Products

All custom products are non-returnable. However, if a custom item arrives with a defect in material or workmanship, we will make it right. We are committed to ensuring that your tailored gear meets the standard.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to material procurement or cutting. Once production has begun, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed.
