The Decent V2.1 airway trainer is built to deliver ultra-realistic training, session after session. It’s fully modular, with replaceable parts and a quick-release system that lets you swap the airway in seconds—ideal for moving between standard and difficult scenarios without losing momentum.

V2.1 features Decent’s most realistic airway anatomy to date—refined over months through direct comparison with clinical cadavers. You can feel the difference in how the tongue, epiglottis, and vocal cords respond during laryngoscopy and intubation. It supports valleculoscopy and other advanced airway-management techniques.

Interchangeable airway options include standard anatomy, angioedema, supraglottic mass, epiglottitis, and inhalation injury, all of which can be mechanically configured to simulate unilateral or bilateral laryngospasm. An adjustment dial at the back of the neck adds another level of difficulty by allowing educators to move the airway to a more anterior position.

To further expand the system’s training capabilities, SALAD, Cric, and Bronchi modules are also available.
