A realistic, functional model for training needle decompression and chest drain insertion.
The skin, fat, and muscle layers provide realistic resistance, while the pleura layer is designed to tear with the correct amount of force. The model features a rotatable skin that allows multiple procedures per consumable, and a visible lung to demonstrate potential damage during training. The internal air system can be pressurised to produce a natural hiss during needle decompression.
Durable where it matters and easy to maintain – the skin and internal components are replaceable for extended use.
